A BETTER MANAGER IN 3 MONTHS THROUGH EMPOWERMENT AND GUIDANCE
Obviously, education, by its very nature, cannot change attitudes and habits.
Coaching is what helps to change and build new attitudes and habits that will allow you to achieve the desired changes, growth, development and achievement of your goals.
Through guidance (coaching), you use and strengthen your strengths and the attitudes and habits that serve you, you overcome obstacles, you find those ways of implementation and application that suit you best, you evolve and finally your empowerment is achieved (empowerment).
Relevant research proves quantitatively that training combined with guidance has a multiply positive effect. Therefore, the guidance (coaching) highlight an important process for achieving the growth and development of people, as they contribute to the formation and adoption of the necessary attitudes and habits that support and facilitate the application of new knowledge and skills.
Mentoring is a process, not just a guide, and it’s about the journey, not the destination. Mentoring is not a linear approach to the subject being negotiated, but a flexible process that moves back and forth in its approach.
Coaching is about active listening and empathy for the client, exploring the path the client wants to take through questions rather than a process of pointing and forcing the path the client will take. In this procedure no hints are made.
In the coaching sessions, various options are given so that the client ends up with at least 3 options through an evaluation process. In this process the coach remains neutral and does not show emotions. Rather, it facilitates the client to broaden their perception and “open” them to tell their own story of how they envision their path to success.
In the coaching sessions implemented, various stages, steps and tools are used for the client to understand the steps of their journey. How are our sessions different?
Through the combination of different approaches, flexibility and the use of a variety of support and assessment tools we help to more targeted support the customer to get to their destination.
Counseling and guidance program in three (3) months.
A holistic approach to the development needs of both your life and your work. The program will accelerate your own personal growth and development. The following approach will be coordinated:
· Start and trace session.
· 3X7 Development sessions spread over the 3 month period. 1 Purpose, 3 Goals, 9 Actions!
· 3 goal setting sessions at the beginning of each month to define 3 actions and 3 review and adjustment sessions at the end of each month (What went well. What can be further improved).
· Full support and follow-up, motivation and follow-up and constant email communication throughout the 3 months.
· At the end of the program completion, evaluation and confirmation of the further action plan for the next 3 months.
