Christos Agrogiannos was born and raised in Germany. He is a graduate of the Hellenic Army Academy, class of ’86, a final-year student at the School of Theology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and holds a degree in German Philology. He attended advanced training programs in Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, and Singapore on topics related to Management and Leadership, Sales and Negotiations, Human Resource Development, and Coaching & Mentoring.
Until recently, he worked as an international trainer, coach, and consultant in personnel development and performance management for multinational companies worldwide. His areas of expertise include Management and Leadership, communication, human skills, sales, negotiation, customer service, performance management, and staff development.
Before focusing exclusively on the field of personnel development at an international level and within major multinational companies, he participated in foreign missions as a member of the UN and NATO. For the “Athens 2004” Olympic Games, he served on a strategic team as an intelligence analyst specializing in German and English open-source information. Since 1996, he has been involved in the translation and editing of seminar notes from English and German into Greek.
Since 1998, he has participated internationally as a trainer, organizer, and event coordinator, as well as an assessor and consultant for executives at all levels of leading companies such as GM Europe, IBM EMEA and CEMA, Microsoft EMEA, Honeywell, PMI, Sony Europe, Unilever, Abbott, Lenovo, LiDL, and ZIM.
Since 2006, due to his extensive experience in Management and Leadership, he has been assigned the role of Master Trainer to train Directors in modern Leadership and Management. He has successfully delivered leadership development workshops (Train the Trainer) to senior executives of multinational companies in Europe, Jordan, Korea, Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, and Australia.
Since 2015, in collaboration with NAVISANA (www.navisana.com), he has been more extensively involved in workplace health and wellbeing. He has also collaborated for the past decade with two international companies, NGG Consulting (www.nggconsult.com) and OTD (www.otd.uk.com), delivering personnel development training worldwide.
He recently returned from England, where he was certified to conduct new training courses by a global provider of innovative and modern accelerated learning programs for adult training, focusing on coaching and professional presentation skills.
His primary purpose is to inspire, motivate, empower, and encourage individuals and organizations to change, ultimately enhancing both corporate and personal performance and effectiveness.
